Refunds & Cancellation
All purchases of assessments and reports are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the commencement of the assessment or report generation. Once a service has been accessed or delivered, it is non-refundable. We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
