Dr Reshma Das John

MyCareerAdvisor is led by its founder, Dr. Reshma Das John, the Chief Advisor of both myuniadvisor.ae and mycareeradvisor.ae.

Dr Reshma has almost 30 years of experience in the UAE and India across higher, professional, and vocational education, specialising in teaching, research, educational quality assurance, and corporate training. Her academic and professional credentials include a PhD in Business Management (British University in Dubai), MBA (University of Calicut, India), CCA, CMA (IMA, USA), UGC‑NET, and OfQual (UK) certifications as a Trainer, Assessor, and Lead Internal Quality Assurer. 

Ms Diya Elaine John 

She is supported by Ms Diya Elaine John, who is also a Certified Career Analyst (CCA). Diya holds a BSc (Honours) in Psychology, and is also an Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician (ABAT) from QABA.
